Service

Botsmart AI provides API gateway access to AI model services. These Terms govern use of our API endpoints, documentation, and related services unless a separate written agreement applies.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining API key security, complying with applicable laws, respecting third-party rights, and ensuring that their use cases and end users comply with these Terms and any provider-specific requirements.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use the service to violate law, abuse infrastructure, bypass access controls, generate unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized surveillance, or otherwise harm individuals, systems, or organizations.

API Availability

We work to provide reliable API access, but model availability, latency, features, and upstream provider behavior may change. We may suspend, limit, or route traffic to protect platform stability, security, or compliance.

Billing and Usage

Usage may be billed according to token counts, request counts, model type, media generation parameters, or other metering rules. Customers are responsible for fees incurred by their API keys unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Data and Output

Customers are responsible for prompts, inputs, generated outputs, and decisions made using model results. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and should be reviewed before use in high-impact contexts.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these Terms. Customers may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
